At Maine Women’s Connection, we are dedicated to uplifting minorities and supporting female entrepreneurs throughout the vibrant communities of Maine. Our mission is rooted in the belief that a diverse and inclusive society fosters innovation, growth, and prosperity for all.
Our Initiatives:
We are a dynamic collective based in Maine with a steadfast commitment to fostering the growth and success of female entrepreneurs while uplifting minorities within our community. Our primary focus is on community building and the celebration of local achievements. Recognizing the substantial contributions of women in business, we aim to amplify their hard work and dedication by providing a platform that highlights their accomplishments. Through a supportive network, we strive to create an inclusive space where everyone, regardless of background, can thrive and be acknowledged for their valuable contributions.
In line with our dedication to community empowerment, we have established a meaningful initiative to give back. We are proud to introduce a grant specifically designed for women in business, with the intention of fostering community development. A portion of our event profits, 7%, will be allocated to this grant, ensuring that aspiring entrepreneurs have the financial support needed to pursue their goals. Additionally, we will dedicate 3% of the profits to community awards, recognizing and celebrating outstanding achievements within our local neighborhoods. Through these endeavors, we aim to create a positive impact, empowering individuals and contributing to the collective prosperity of our community.
Uplifting Minorities: We actively work to uplift minorities by creating a supportive network that encourages their personal and professional growth. Through mentorship programs, educational initiatives, and community outreach, we aim to break down barriers and create opportunities for all.
Supporting Female Entrepreneurs: Recognizing the unique challenges faced by female entrepreneurs, we are committed to providing meaningful support. Our focus includes mentorship programs, skill-building workshops, and access to resources to empower women in business across various industries.
Community Building: We believe in the strength of community, and we actively engage in community building initiatives. Our efforts include highlighting and celebrating the accomplishments of community members to inspire others and strengthen the bonds that make Maine a diverse and thriving place to live and work.
Statewide Impact::Operating across multiple industries in the state of Maine, our reach extends to every corner of the community. By fostering collaboration and inclusivity, we strive to create positive change that resonates throughout the entire state.

Women in Business Grant We are proud to announce the establishment of a grant dedicated to supporting women in business. This initiative aims to provide financial assistance and resources to female entrepreneurs, empowering them to overcome obstacles and achieve their business goals.
Community Awards To celebrate the outstanding contributions of women in business, we will host annual community awards. These awards not only recognize achievements but also inspire others to reach new heights. We are committed to allocating 7% of event profits to the Women in Business Grant and 3% to the Community Awards, ensuring a direct and tangible impact on those we aim to support.
